A process built on accountability.
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, here’s how Segars Group delivers your project — on time, on budget, and without surprises.
Four phases. One accountable partner.
Great construction isn’t luck — it’s process. Ours is designed for the complex, occupied environments we specialize in, where there’s no room for surprises and the people in the building can’t be disrupted.
Whether we’re delivering a full design-build or executing a finished set of drawings, the throughline is the same: rigorous planning up front, disciplined execution in the field, and clear communication every step of the way.

ICRA protocols, executed by trained teams.
Segars Group has extensive experience delivering construction projects within occupied healthcare environments where Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols are essential to protecting patients, healthcare staff, and ongoing clinical operations. Our teams understand the unique challenges of working in active hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging facilities, and medical office buildings, and we implement comprehensive infection prevention measures throughout every phase of construction.
Our approach includes containment barriers, negative air systems, HEPA filtration, dust control, controlled worker access, and continuous monitoring to maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards and owner-specific infection control requirements.
To support consistent execution, Segars Group provides comprehensive in-house ICRA training for our project managers, superintendents, and field personnel. This investment enables our teams to proactively identify and mitigate infection control risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and complete projects safely while minimizing disruption to patient care and facility operations.
The constants that run through every phase.
