Silver LEED certified Medical Office Building that included site development and ground up construction of 41,866 square feet. Project included construction of high-end Class A Medical Clinic with multiple specialties, 32 exam rooms, dental suite, imaging and general x-ray, as well as support and administrative space. This project was awarded a 2018 Urban Land Institute.
